The whole process has been easy for us. We walked through this apartment, and it just felt right. We wanted something simple to lock up and go away from. We were surprised by some of the good things that Tom showed us. It was very thoughtful and felt like it wasn't just something off an excel spreadsheet to sell so many or 80% to make a grand profit. It is a very personal service.
